Armstrong Day 3 – Training sets
10 weighted lunges (36kg)
10 jumping squats (12kg)
5 pushups (12kg weight vest)
3x tuck planche – Lsit transition 10 sec ea, 1min rest

wearing 12kg weight vest
walking lunges (24kg kb)
parallette pushups
squat jumps (16kg kb)
bulgarian bag windmill
squat thrusts

Body: not bad, bit tight across shoulders from yesterday KB session
Sleep: 8.5 hours
WOD: 14:53, not flash. but weight vest for entirety.
