10 kb swings (16kg)
10 kb snatch ea hand (16kg)
L-sit tuck planche transition 11 secs each x3

Wearing 12kg weight vest
2/2/2/2/2 turkish getups ea side 1 min rest (24kg kb)
5×5 weighted pullups

Body: tired from run but good
Sleep: Daughter up at 5am about 6 hours sleep
Food: eaten well, reduced carb intake today
WOD: untimed ‘heavy’ sesh good to add the weight vest and increase volume on TGU’s.
Run: total time – 26min approx, avg just under 5 min km’s
Other: picked up some magnesium, Vit D and probotics today to ‘test’ how they go
