Body: Good, fresh.
Sleep: not bad.. usual tiredness
Food: good, although few jelly beans had in the evening!
WOD: good run, plenty of hills and interesting. Hard to judge time as no watch. left approx 12pm back at desk showered before 1pm. est around 40-50 mins. calves sore, right knee a bit off too.
