WOD
L-sit tuck planche transition 12 secs ea (24sec total)  x4 – 60sec rest
Armstrong pullup routine day 1 – 5x max pullups 90sec rest

Body: Tired, not enough water today
Sleep: ok, unbroken 7-8 hours
Food: good, no crap (white choc yesterday does that count?)
WOD: pullups16,9,7,6,9 not good.
