10sec rest
and the 2nd round is:
10sec power punch
10sec power elbows
10sec power knees
10sec power front kicks
10sec double unders
10sec rest

Hang power Clean (50kg)
KB Swings (32kg)

Body: good, shoulder tight.
Sleep: not bad, but early start as normal 5:20.
Food: cookies yesterday! oops
WOD: 20:46 (warmup: 6 rounds)
