1 arm kb swings (16kg, 24kg)
KB Snatch 1×10 ea hand (16kg)
KB Snatch 1×5 ea hand (24kg)
KB Snatch 2×5 ea hand (28kg)
KB Swings 1×25 (28kg)

Body: traps, rear deltoids tight from cleans yesterday, grip forearms also fatigued
Sleep: so so, no issues. about 6-7 hours
Food: good, some small cakes
WOD: just for fun, 28kg kb snatch PR! pullups 13,8,6,6,5 tired maybe??
