1-10 SDHP (40kg)
each round
5 Bulgarian bag windmill (16kg) (ea way)
10 Squat Jumps (16kg)

Body: fresh with little training done this week
Sleep: disrupted by Pepper but strangely ok
Food: reasonable but could be better, yum cha for lunch
WOD: 17:16 good hip drive destroyer
Other: started taking Huperzine A and 5HTP, noticeable mood improvement and less fatigued, mentally slightly more alert.
