Body – tight in traps from squat cleans on weekend
Food – ate like a horse today, 2 large lunches, mexican and leftover chicken plus pork sweet potato hash browns for brekky with 3 eggs. arvo snacks and dinner, plus post workout protein, weighed under 80kg the other day, 79.8
Sleep – Pepper made it through to 4am from 9pm… brilliant!
WOD – 13:12 200 squats slowed up at the end.
