Body: tired but have rested up last 3 days to see if can get some beter gains. Not sure if it worked. slowing up for xmas
Sleep: crap basically. broken and uncomfortable, got to get this nailed to see improvement
Food: normal, shouldve eaten more.
WOD: 8+1KB
