Body – tired generally I think. but no major aches, bit tight.
Sleep – what sleep? grown used to 5 hours or so only, may change as Izzy gets older.
Food – bit of an off week this week, chocolate and other crap crept in due to tiredness
WOD – untimed but 90 sec break between rounds of 7 kept to, all up about 20 mins I think.
