Back from holiday in Hong Kong, awesome trip.

Anyway, no WOD’s fpr a couple of days, has done the body good to rest up. Signed up for the Games today, bring it on!

Sleep: Izzy woke twice but not too bad
Food: off the crap today back into regular paleo-ish
WOD: 5:54 – 2nd round of d.unders slowed me up.
