Tabata Squats w/weight vest (12kg)
5 chins with halfway hold and rotate on each
Armstrong D2 – pyramid

WOD
EMOTM for 10mins
3 Thrusters 40kg + w/weight vest (12kg)

Body – ok, bit tight in the delts
Food – good, although some rice for dinner
Sleep – not good, scale 1-10 10 being good, about 5. woken twice by Iz at about 4am then right before my alarm at 530!
WOD – needed to be heavier as 40 not challenging but all I have at the mo. bar and plates to come. managed 15’s in 6 out of the 8 rounds of tabata with vest. lowest 9.
