So I finally started at a Box today. I thought it was long overdue.

It broke down like this:
Strength (easy weight, focus on movement)
5×5 good mornings
5×10 romanian deadlift

Gymnastics
EMOTM (10)
ODD 5/10 T2B – 1 set easy 1 harder
EVEN 5/7 HSPU – 1 set easy 1 harder

WOD AMRAP 12mins
3/5 Bar muscle ups/chest to bar pullups
10 ring pushups
15 Wall balls (20lbs)

Managed 4+4 C2B
