Hot off the press from the coach as unable to make it in today
Subbed double unders for row and only 1 bar so 20kg plate thrusters.


Got completely gassed where I wouldn’t before. Cycled off the bulbine natalensis so wonder how much that has to do with it. Main difference felt was recovery and increased work capacity, hardly scientific but would use it again.
