23 min cap was a challenge, made it to 2nd rope climb but failed, those burpees et al were horrrible!

Couldn’t manage burpee C2B after dips, scaled to standard pullups. sets of 5 at most.

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
3 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
6 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
9 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
12 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
15 handstand push-ups
6 cleans

18 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
21 handstand push-ups
9 cleans
Etc., adding 3 reps to the handstand push-up each round, and 3 reps to the clean every 3 rounds.
Men clean 185 lb.

So I scaled this to 60kg… managed 66reps (up to 1st 18 hspu)

Fpad is broken (50 pullups a day 50 days) shoulder has started to play up with dull ache when pulling. Discretion better part of valor where shoulders are concerned.
