23 min cap was a challenge, made it to 2nd rope climb but failed, those burpees et al were horrrible!

Couldn’t manage burpee C2B after dips, scaled to standard pullups. sets of 5 at most.

So I finally started at a Box today. I thought it was long overdue.

With a running clock, every minute perform 1 lift and add 5 kg.
Start with an empty barbell and snatch for as long as possible.
Once you cannot snatch the weight, clean for as long as possible.
Once you cannot clean the weight, deadlift for as long as possible.

Score is heaviest load for the snatch,  clean and deadlift.
